About me
Christelle Ngnoumen is AVP of Behavioral Finance Research at Voya Financial, where she leads behavioral research and experimentation efforts focused on helping people boost their retirement savings and benefits utilization. She leverages behavioral science to design digital experiences and communications that help people make better decisions and improve their wealth and health outcomes. Her prior experience includes designing and evaluating behaviorally-informed B2B2C products across FinTech, HealthTech, and L&D. Christelle holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University. She is based in San Francisco.
