About me
Karen is the Founder and Principal of Samaritan Consulting LLC. With 40 years of experience in the stable value industry and a proven track record in stable value investing, she provides her clients with stable value related expert insight and strategic guidance.
Karen was the Interim Chief Investment Officer and for over 17 years, the Head of Fixed Income at MissionSquare Retirement before serving in her current role. Prior to joining the firm, she was Senior Portfolio Manager and Director for Stable Value Investments at DuPont Capital Management. Before that, she progressively served as Credit Analyst, Product Analyst, and Portfolio Manager at Morley Capital Management.
Karen is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter holder, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® (CAIA) charter holder, and holds the CFA ESG Investing Certificate. Additionally, she has served multiple terms on the Board of Directors for the Stable Value Investment Association.
Karen earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
